In order to create a better working environment for employers, companies need to follow
certain rules and regulations pertaining to establish examples of good organizational behaviors.
The business market is the fastest growing industry which serves as the backbone of our
economy. With globalization, more companies are becoming public and opening their franchises
all around the world. Some of these companies tend to increase their quality and improve the
working environment, but some of them lose their agility, and their growth graph declines
ethically. In his book Profit Over People, Dale Partridge lists some guidelines for a company to
follow in order to become competent among its users and employees. Honesty is an essential part
of any company to succeed as it promotes a positive working culture. When a company starts
from a small scale, it follows specific rules and regulations which determine its success rate as
mentioned by Partridge in his book (Partridge, 2015). In this essay, I will use the examples of
Fortune 500 companies like Amazon and Volkswagen, which serve as different examples for
organizational behavior.

An article published in Forbes magazine in November 2019 suggests that most of the
employees work in an extremely stressful environment as a result of which their professional life
starts to affect their personal lives too (Pir, 2019). It also mentions that as society becomes more
evolved and keeps on changing, we should not let technological advance become one of the
reasons for increased mental health difficulties. Amazon is one of the largest global organization
which works through different platforms to succeed and grow rapidly in the commercial market.
Earlier it started with small scale business of only dealing with books, but over the years, it has
expanded into different areas of commerce. It promoted an honest working environment for its
