bargaining steps are crucial. These distributing bargaining steps are as follows:
Firstly, one should define their limits. Every stakeholder involved in a distributive
bargaining arbitration should know their struggle and target facts comparative to the desired
outcome (Coleman, 2006). For instance, in buying the house, one will have their limits like the
budget and other minimum requirements. Struggle points are the facts which the stakeholder will
halt negotiations if overlapped. On the other hand, target points are the events at which either
