Leadership is a process of guiding, directing, and influencing the behavior of people as well as
their work to achieve a specific goal at a given time. In other words, a manager can allow the
employees to work with zeal and confidence. There is a difference between a leader and a
manager. Leaders have people who follow them while managers have subordinates who work for
them. Therefore, leaders display a charismatic personality and focused on making people around
them understand the vision and hold it (Turk, 2007). A manager can have leadership skills since
