Introduction
For successful operations management practices within an organization, all the primary
concepts concerned with the organization and its operations have to be managed appropriately.
Human resource is one of these key concepts that constitute the operations management practices
of any organization. This case study aims to discuss the operations of the human resource
management of the NOVA cooperation company located in Indonesia. The human resource
management team is solely responsible for determining the type of labor resources that an
organization would be receiving. The roles of human resource managers can never be ignored
since there efficiency directly reflects the success of the company. Their tasks could include the
recruitment system, the planning for the growth of the human resource and motivation criteria
for the human resource.
Background
This paper aims to analyze the practices of the human resource managers at NOVA
cooperation, to understand the ideal practices for the human resource system. Moreover, the
analysis of NOVA would bring into light the undeniable truth regarding the significance of
human resource managers and their activities. NOVA cooperation is a type of business that is
majorly involved with capital intensive operations, where the crucial aspect of company capital
is to ensure that all the core activities of the organization together are achieved per the
