You are an OWNER of a growing Fortune 200 enterprise. Your MANAGERS have gone through a
screening process that only the top 2% of the job seekers are able to qualify. Your company started out as a
mom and pop business and has grown exponentially in the past two years whereby you have now employed
150 workers in six locations in the Washington Metropolitan area. Your growth has been credited to the high
demand of merchandise and the need to carefully screen those seeking your product: medicinal marijuana.
Lately, you have become challenged by a number of organizational issues.
1. You have been receiving a number of complaints from customers about the merchandise and
its authenticity,
2. Employees in the past five months have been known to take advantage of the product
underselling to VENDERS AND FRIENDS 3. Sales have tapered off in two locations due to poor
