strategies. As such, IT has become a critical and crucial tool for every business small or major

with aim of reducing the costs, enhancing service delivery, improve efficiency, enhance
productivity, and improve workflow and communications (Tu et al., 018). Despite all these
advantages, the IT alignment in business value is often considered as an afterthought. Thus, IT is
should be included in the business strategy and it should be an integral part of the business value.
IT is often viewed as a separate entity, where it drives investments rather than being a business’
own aims and objectivities. As such the failure to align business value with strategic IT leads to
disconnect between business values and IT. Therefore, it is important for businesses to start
