There are a number of decisions that needed to be clear from the onset. These decisions
border on key marketing strategies such as the marketing environment, market segmentation
strategies, as well as pricing. To this extent, the analysis relies on initial research data for the
purposes of understanding the marketing environment comprehensively. From the initial
research data, a decision on the primary target segment has been reached, and it is recreational,
which comes above mountain and speed bicycles. The main reason for the decision is because
the segment provides a high number of potential customer base across all the main areas of
customer needs as well as the issue of pricing. Even as the decision on the target segment has
been reached and settled, it was also necessary to come up with the most suitable location to
