Training is an important activity that an organization implements to ensure that skills and
knowledge on how to perform actions within a firm or an industry have been passed to
individuals who are newly introduced to be part of the staff in the company. Additionally,
training is given to the team if there is a new program being launched (Noe & Kodwani, 2018).
A successful training ensures that the trainee has acquired all skills as per the set guidelines. In
most companies, the human resource department has duties to ensure that all the staff is
