maintained. Besides, the importance of this diversity to managers is to ensure a better
understanding of the targeted demographic in an organization since the equal share of resources,
and leadership positions will enhance innovation between employees. As a result, they will be

Effects of Lack of Diversity on the Organization.
Managers will have a hard time planning activities in an organization where there is a gender
imbalance. The company will face different issues such as lack of innovation, poor management,
