The training session on gender equality within the company is to provide essential ideas
on how to enhance gender equality in the organization. This training session will ensure a
considerable value and equal favor in all the gender in the organization without favoring one
side. Gender equality will ensure a share in the leadership position in the organizations and
enhance a good relationship between employees and employers (Qiyu Liu, Oldies Al, & Jack
Gibbons, 2020). An organization with gender equality is likely to prosper and improve on
services delivery in the given organizations. The equal share of resources will ensure the
company has maintained its market position in providing the best goods and services in the
market since the unity of the works will encourage innovation; hence customer loyalty will be
maintained. Besides, the importance of this diversity to managers is to ensure a better
understanding of the targeted demographic in an organization since the equal share of resources,
and leadership positions will enhance innovation between employees. As a result, they will be
equally divided to the opportunities that are available in the organization.
Effects of Lack of Diversity on the Organization.
Managers will have a hard time planning activities in an organization where there is a gender
imbalance. The company will face different issues such as lack of innovation, poor management,
time wasted, poor services, among others. This organization will lack innovation since an equal
share of resources will be an issue (Cletus, H. E., Mahmood, N. A., Umar, A., & Ibrahim, 2018).
Cultural differences are a problem that managers face if diversity has not been addressed in an
organization to enhance gender balance. This cultural difference between employees will hinder
diversification as managers will find it hard to strengthen gender balance as the cultural
difference is concerned. However, the distribution of work among employees is another issue
