From the real international market, select a company of your choice wishing to start its activities in Saudi Arabia. The Company hired you as Marketing Manager of Saudi Arabian Region.

You have to establish a marketing department starting from the Analysis of the market, formulate overall marketing goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics within the context of an organization's business, mission, and goals designing and planning the entire function.

Following the massive upgrade on its infrastructure, Dubai has been the go-to place when
it comes to a holiday destination. It is hard to imagine that a few decades back, the whole area
was a desert covered in nothing but sand. After its transformation, Dubai has become the most
visited tourist city in Asia accounting for tens of millions of visitors annually. This is the main
reason we chose to open a branch of our duty-free company here.
Goals and Objective
Our main goal is to expand the Debi Brand and make it a global brand. This will be done
through strategic expansion and acquisition of local shops. The vision of DDF is to provide
quality services and products and ensure our clients receive the best customer service in the
whole world.
Environment Analysis
The environmental analysis was done using the PEST format. We analyzed the political,
economic, social and technological market forces.
Target Market Analysis
The target market in Dubai is huge. Though the competition is high due to the number of
duty-free companies operating in the city, the market is still open to new entrants. Our target
market will be the shoppers and tourists passing through the Dubai Airport as well as those who
frequent malls.
