Question 1. Define leadership and explain the difference between being a manager and

The term leadership can be defined as the motivating ability of a group of people to work
towards achieving a certain common goal. They are the people who possess the leadership and
personality skills combination in a group to make others want to follow their direction.
According to the transformational leadership idea, an effectual leader is people who create a
future inspirational vision (Bass, & Riggio, 2006). Inspires and encourages people to employ the
vision and as well as tutors and builds a team that is more effective at attaining the vision.
