Unlawful termination is the illegal termination of an employee. Such occurs when the
employer discharges an employee in a way that violates contractual terms or the EEOC
requirements. I chose to discuss a case filed by EEOC against GNT Foods Inc. concerning three
African American employees who were subjected to daily racial abuse and fired for complaining
and taking part in the EEOC investigation. Here GNT Foods made a mistake in terminating the
three men for protesting and participating with EEOC investigation regarding their racial abuse
