Moral judgment is an issue that faces many people in different aspects of life. Some of the
decisions entail making a choice to save life or give the green light to some loss. Due to the
magnitude of some choices, some people may get criticized depending on the decisions they make.
However, individual moral inclinations should not be ruled out since they change from one person
to another. This, therefore, means that when one makes a decision should not be criticized since
they were influenced by their morals (Gray, 2015). In this paper, a comparison on whether to save
a 55-year-old sentenced for 10 years imprisonment or a 3-year-old wolverine will be analyzed with
the use of the utilitarianism theory and the Kantian theory of ethics.

In making a moral decision in this scenario, switching the 1V means that a human being
will eventually die. Although one can justify themselves that the woman was a criminal, we cannot
