My long-term goal was completing the year without having gained a pound or two.
The first accomplishment that I have been able to make is keeping food that is unhealthy
away from my room.
The first successful strategy towards by healthy goals involves surrounding myself with
people who will aid me in making decisions that drive me in my healthy path.
The first thing that will be an obstacle is being consistent with the health plan that is set
When I have maintained the healthy goal that I have set of not gaining a pound or two
this year, the reward that I feel will be enough is self-satisfaction.
