The telecommunication industry has, over the years, made progress in the marketing
strategies that applies, which has expanded its operations across countries. The use of the
internet has made it possible for this industry to market its products to new and existing
customers more than before, thereby attracting more customers. With efficient delivery of
services across nations, the telecommunication industry manages to also build customer loyalty
through the use of products such as mobile phones, which enhance their services by attracting

through the delivery of quality products and services, which have created success for the
industry. The use of the internet has also been useful in encouraging activities such as
