You are very likely highly informed about the Johnson & Wales online program in Food Service Management as well as some of the programs that provide us with competition. For this assignment you will engage in situation analysis for this program. Assume that you are going to be asked to create a marketing strategy for it at some point in the future. In an effort to craft this strategy, you will first complete a SWOT Analysis and then use one of two available tools to analyze the market and where the program best fits.

Strengths
JWU enjoys various benefits that enable it to continue excelling at global levels. It has
a large population of students. Hence, it gets enough population to take different causes.
Secondly, it is an independent organization, and hence it is hardly affected by the minor
economic challenges affecting individuals (JMU, 2020). Thirdly, the learners enrolled in the
institution represent all states and multiple other outside the United States.
Weaknesses
One of the primary weaknesses hindering JWU from serving its purposes regarding
online programs is the cost of its programs. It is relatively expensive, making it lose some
potential students. Secondly, it has small campus sizes and hence limiting most learners to
online programs. Also, since the institution is independent and nonprofit, it is significantly
reliant on the political and economic stability of the country.
Opportunity
The basic opportunity for this school is the growing adoption of IT services by
modern society. Secondly, more people prefer to do their learning, and hence the need for
online programs is growing. Thirdly, most learners in modern society are youths. Youths are
