Leadership is the act of managing a group of individuals or an organization through actions
such as motivating and guiding them towards achieving a particular call. Leaders need to organize
and understand the team they are leading; they have to communicate clearly, have empathy,
commonly known as social awareness. Social awareness is very crucial since they are dealing with
different kinds of people; they should also exercise self-control over their feelings for effective
management (Boin. A et al., 2016). A good leader should even know how to manage relationships
and be self-aware; for self-awareness, they should know their weakness and strengths.
A crisis is a sequence of events that are unplanned and unexpected. These crises usually
lead to unrest and instabilities in organizations and businesses. They might occur in a short time
or may prolong, the predictability of crisis is unknown. To reduce this instabilities and unrest in
industry or organizations will require the leaders in different sectors to exercise most of their
qualities. There are dozens of good leaders, but in this case, we will discuss the conditions needed
