Strategic orientation denotes the manner in which an organization adjusts to the external
setting. In other terms, it denotes the trend of responses that a firm makes to its operating
surrounding within an attempt to enhance performance and attain competitive edge (Cummings
and Worley, 2009). One the other hand, organizational design denotes a step-by-step procedure
which detects dysfunctional attributes of work flow, procedures, structures and systems,
