When integrating primary research, you must explain the method(s) you used to gather that research and insert a copy in your report’s appendices of any collection instrument you used. If you arranged for a group of people to take a survey, you would put the survey in the appendix. The complete report should also cite at least seven secondary sources. At least three of these secondary sources should come from peer-reviewed, scholarly journals. As noted above, your primary and secondary sources will be integrated into the paper to explain the problem, to provide evidence of the problem, and to support the solution. Please note that, if you interview people for your research, you must cite the interviews in your paper. In the paper, you cannot simply write that you “spoke with employees.” A URL that shows how to cite an interview in APA citation style is provided in the list of components for the report. I submit herewith a report on the communication challenges we are facing in the company and
recommendations that can be implemented to ensure that we have effective communication. We
understand the importance of effective communication in promoting the success of the company.
However, due to diversity in the company, this has remained a major challenge that we should
address by enforcing strategies that will ensure communication inhibitors are eliminated. I
carried out interviews with the employees to understand the root cause communication
challenges we are facing, which were successful.
As the company continues to grow, diversity is essential to bring more skills to the
company. Inclusivity and diversity have helped us to increase productivity and creativity as a
result of blend our different skills. However, there remains a challenge to effective

communication due to communication inhibitors. This is an area of concern in the company to
ensure that we understand each other effectively during the communication of essential details.
We know that effective communication is vital to the operations of a company. Some of the
effects of communication barrier include lack of clarity in communication in the workplace. It is
essential to ensure communication is done clearly to pass the intended message. The message
should be communicated quickly without being condescending. The other barrier is the
difference in language, which remains a significant challenge in communication. The language
barrier may be in terms of language difference, vocabulary or accent difference. This leads to
wrong interpretation of the intended message and unqualified assumptions of the message. Use
of difficult vocabularies and words wrongly results in poor message interpretation, which is also
a language barrier. The other obstacle to effective communication is a poor organizational
structure, which makes communication a challenge. These barriers have been linked to the
problems we are facing currently as a company. Therefore, we need to investigate the effects that
communication barriers have brought about and develop corrective measures.
This challenges that have been mentioned need to be addressed, which will ensure that as
a company, we achieve our goals of promoting effective communication. To address the
challenges, I have made a few recommendations that you can implement to and improve
effective communication among the employees. I believe that we can eliminate the
communication barriers and inhibitors through the recommendations made. If any clarification is
required, you can always reach out to my office, and I will be glad to assist in improving the
performance of the company.
