defined as a cross-functional information system, which provides an organization with deep
integration and coordination of significant processes of a business, and assists with the planning
of organizational resources. With the assistance of ERP systems, the information could flow
impeccably across an organization. Besides, various procedures from production, sales, logistics,
manufacturing, along with human resources, could be integrated into broad business processes of
