externally and internally and are beneficial for health. Each fish fillets of ours are equally cut in size.
Our fishes are without any gape or show any abnormal texture faults. Fish products are without the
flavoring feeling of weedy or diesel flavor plus unusual inherent odors.
Our Services are always ahead in terms of proper packaging of the products in our signature
boxes. These boxes are environmentally friendly and recyclable. The freshness of the fish in these
boxes remains the same as fresh fish. Our home delivery services are based on the safe and
nutritious products, reaches to our respected client's door adequately wrapped and sealed. The
delivery boxes are operating under controlled temperature as we believe in customer satisfaction.
Competitive Advantages
Considering the competition in the fishery business, we are operating under a highly
competitive environment where other fishery stores are giving stiff competition. Yet, we have plenty
of competitive advantages.
We are operating our business in the heart of KSA, Riyadh, where people are living from
different cultures, and the standard of living is relatively high in class. Our store is offering fresh
fishes of all scale sizes. We have a wide variety of fishes which includes Groupers, Tuna, Mackerel,
Safi, Wahoo, Andak, and Shrimp. Fishes are without blemishes, no bruises and blood clots, the filets
are without the bones and any worms. What gives us a competitive advantage over the competitors is
the availability of fishes like Salmon of Norway and supreme fish from Tunisia to our respected



customers. We are providing specially packaged fishes to hotels. Our care for the customer remains
ahead as we take bulk orders from our community customers in advance and gives bulk supplies to
them. We are also operating through our website as well as WhatsApp services where we keep on
updating a different kind of fishes with the pictures and updated prices available to customers every
day. Additionally, we are offering home delivery services, and delivering safe and nutritious
products, reach our client's door adequately wrapped and sealed.
Competitive disadvantages
The competitive disadvantages include the eating habits of people in Riyadh. People of KSA
are the lovers of red meat and always prefer to eat red meat products. The climate of Riyadh, KSA, is
relatively high, and people in the summer season avoid eating fishery products.
