school must always seek advice first so as to avoid wreaking havoc. An administrator should
always be willing to address the emotional and social concern within the school. This is a
vital step and it should always be done cautiously. It is important for the administrator to
think more about his/her organization’s members potential to take part in the change problem
because this will help in minimizing the surprises that one can find as the process of change
unfolds.
