Very basic rough draft sourcing process. First thing to do when you come in is check ad responses on Indeed. Export the candidates in to an excel spreadsheet that applied from the day before. ( I can show you how to do this if you don’t know how) Send blast email to those candidates. This is the generic I use you can modify it for whatever campaign you are sourcing for: Hello Andre Hughes, We are taking this time to touch base with you in regards to the resume you submitted to us for the Entry level inbound call center position. First, thank you for the interest. Second, congratulations! After reviewing your resume we are interested in meeting with you in person to discuss potential opportunities. We would like to schedule preliminary interviews as soon as possible, to fill the positions. The position is in Glendale, AZ off of Bell and 51st Ave. It is a full time position! A drug test and back ground is required, and the pay is a base pay plus a weekly attendance bonus. It is a permanent position with opportunities for long term career growth. If you this is something you are interested in please email me back to set up an interview, I would greatly appreciate it. The purpose of this interview is to: 1) Meet you in person and gauge your first impression 2) Tell you more specifically about the different opportunities Please reply to this email with a time you are available to come in for an interview either Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:00 pm and I will get you scheduled and send you a confirmation e-mail. We look forward to speaking with you and meeting with you in the near future! You can send this blast email through Workable to anyone who applied to your ads ( I can walk you through this ) Once the candidate replies with a time I send them a confirmation email. Even though we do open interviews, I like to schedule a time to make it more formal and special for the candidate. This is the confirmation email I send once the candidate has said a time. Looking forward to meeting you tomorrow at 10:00AM in regards to the position you applied to. Our address is 5260 West Phelps road Glendale, AZ 85306. We are located right off of Bell and 51st Ave. If you are having any trouble finding us or having any issues at all please call 602.559.9300. Please complete the application prior to the interview. If you are having any trouble you can complete it here in the office when you arrive. https://recruiting.adp.com/srccar/public/RTI.home?d=External&c=1076341 *we are set to hire over 1000 positions in the next couple of months if you have a friend bring them and we will interview them as well. You should be tracking everyone you schedule and the time they are coming in on a separate spreadsheet I will get out to you. You will send this spread sheet to me at the end of every night. After your blast email you should upload the same spreadsheet you exported from Indeed to blast email and upload that to Text Recruit. This is the message I send. First name, you applied to our position for our inbound call center after review we would like to set up an interview here at EMPEREON. When are you available? These replies come in fast so you must be available to respond. You may answer any questions they have through text and if they respond with just a time just send them a confirmation text. Looking forward to meeting you Monday at 2PM. Our address is 5260 West Phelps Rd Glendale, AZ 85306. We are located right off of Bell and 51st Ave. Once you have finished responding to all text messages and email responses get on the phone and call anybody who did not respond through email or text and try to get them scheduled as well.
