Summary
Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin wrote “The cycle of Belkin’s” stories which contain a
multiple of informative and exciting stories. Among them is the “Stationmaster”, a summary of
creativity that shows the talent of a great writer. He dedicated this account to all station
supervisors experiencing painful fate besides covering the connection that parents have with their
children. Pushkin starts the story by introducing his account concerning the unfortunate fate of
all Russian station supervisors. These supervisors experienced irritation from the travellers who
were also consistently rude and demanding the impossible from them. The unfortunate
supervisors, however, had to endure and indulge with the travellers. Pushkin then narrates a story
