A great leader should have respect for self and respect for others. Authentic leaders
should always respect others while artificial leaders respect their peers only when it is right to
respect them. As a leader, respect is the virtue that I value most. By Painter’s insights, I respect
others and myself consistently. I have always considered respecting others as one of the
attributes that drive my dream. I believe self- respect and respect for others as the only way to
achieve teamwork in an organization or a societal setting. Based on the component of respect
