Analysis of a Process at a Fast Food Restaurant
Introduction
The fast-food restaurant visited is Wendy's. Wendy’s offers delicious foods at low prices.
The restaurant offers minimal table service. It dwells more on fast-food cuisine to deal with the

these foods at an average of 10-15 minutes. Wendy’s is popular to many people making the daily
number of its customers very high. This calls for very efficient processes within the restaurant.
