Q1. After celebrating 25th school foundation day, write a newsletter to publish a success story of the event in the Local Newspaper and Television News Channel.(2.5 grades)
- Your draft of success story of the event is brief covering all aspects of the event. (200-300 words).
- To complete this task, you can rely on your earlier submission and add additional imaginative activities and description of the event. This is a hypothetical scenario to allow to you practice business communication.
- Our university successfully hosted these types of events, you may get some idea from the university website.
- You may generate requirements for each position by yourself, at least you have to include at least five requirements expected from your applicants for each position
- Similar to part A, you need to create an announcement to be published in websites. These will most likely be shorter and to the point.
Q2. Your school need additional teaching & non-teaching staff for a new upcoming academic year:

QUESTION 1
Almost all alumni and other associates of the university left their commitments to attend the 25th
school foundation day. The event was graced by various prominent guests from within and
outside the country. The main business of the day was to keep track of the excellent performance
of the institution. The event was colorful, thanks to the exciting decorations and other activities
from various groups.
One of the most outstanding parts of the event was the performances and presentations. There
were various school teams with astounding displays. Performances from individuals also left an
indelible mark on the occasion. The school choir presented a song dedicated to the achievements
of the school for the past 25 years. The song went both good and bad memories to the audience
as it was visible from their faces.
Perhaps, the unique part came when the guest speaker gave his speech. The speech appeared
educative and sensible to the audience. The speaker, Dr. Freeman, a former Vice-Chancellor of
the university, is a famous motivational speaker. It was evident that a good part of the audience
came to listen to him. Indeed they were happy after the event. The event was successful because
of the diversity of the program. Apart from being entertaining, the event had other plans that kept
people active and happy. I wish to extend an appreciation to all the stakeholders who worked
tirelessly to ensure the success of the event.
