Introduction
Medicare is said to provide insurance over health, and it covers the people with an average
population of fifty-five million, and they are aged sixty-five years and above. However, the
average annual percentage of diabetic disorders by Medicare enrollees who are aged between
sixty-five and seventy-five, and each has an Alc test of their hemoglobin. There is also a certain
number of young patients, and they are said to have permanent disorders. Also, the number of
beneficiaries who are black and Hispanic has currently increased. Considering the data in the file,
it can be seen that the Medicare program has played a vital role in the establishment of coverage
for colored people. The introduction of this Medicare program was in connection with the Civil
Rights Action enacted in 1964, and it was focused on improving the system of health care for those
patients who needed much attention, and also the rural patients could be served as well.
Nevertheless, there have been throwing over any kind of discrimination when treating
patients according to their ethnic groups, race, and skin color. The data in the excel shows that the
life expectancy of the people aged sixty-five years and above has increased in the last decade, but
this has not been in very high in blacks than the whites. This information above shows how the
