Leaders should not place themselves at the center of action since by doing so, they will be

Leadership by walking around is one the effective leadership styles in restaurants since it enables
the manager to carry out three specific tasks that is; observe, interact and model. Through

their work and possibly notice even the issues that need to be corrected to ensure that the activities
run smoothly. The manager gets to interact with the customers and then the employees thus
