How did the political systems in Athens and Sparta differ?

A. Athens didn't have hereditary kings; Sparta did.

B. Athens was not a military dictatorship; Sparta was.

C. Athens allowed women to vote; Sparta didn't.

Well, Athens didn't allow women or children to vote. So C is out.

Athens did have hereditary kings at first, but later didn't. So I would say A is out.

Athens didn't allow all people a voice in government. haha Sparta didn't either. That rules out D.

And both Athens and Sparta, though at odds for most of their lives, were military dictatorships really, (by my definition, and a little research, although they had kinds).
So I think B is your answer.

Here's a good website for you to check if you'd like, or just to learn a little more about ancient greece.

Take care kiddo. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for ya.
