your product or service.
Raytheon is one of the most recognized companies in America when it comes to the
manufacture of weapons and electronics as well. The company was reincorporated in the year
1928 attracting many people due to its products and services. According to different scientists,
it’s true to say that company remained as one of the leading companies when it comes to
manufacture of electronics and other similar things. Therefore, the division of improving
technology being used by different individuals in globally has knocked in the minds of many
leaders in the organization and this has left many with different ideas to satisfy the needs of each
and every individual in each ever way they may need. Raytheon is leveraging innovations in
manufacturing technology to enable affordable and reliable customer solutions. Our global team
utilizes its Manufacturing Technology Network (MfgTN) and Technology Interest Groups
(TIGs) along with a manufacturing Technology Area Director (TAD) to create a collaborative
roadmap of manufacturing technology.

Basing my argument on different articles that I have read concerning Raytheon services and
products to its people, I would say that this kind of division would meet the needs of customers
from different diversities. One of the main reasons for this because the services offered by this
company are very crucial. Raytheon advanced manufacturing methods and processes are
important elements of our technology development strategy. While much emphasis is placed on

new component research and product designs, new manufacturing technologies also significantly
improve the quality, reliability, timeliness and cost effectiveness of our products.
For example, Flash storage refers to any device that uses flash memory which is an
electronic non-volatile computer storage medium that is electrically reprogrammable. Cloud
computing on the other hand refers to the use of computing hardware and software devices
located on a remote machine and relayed to the end user over the network.
Cloud computing has both positive and negative impact on enterprises. The positive
impacts are as discussed below; Cost efficiency, Cloud computing has brought about elimination
of the investment associated with stand-alone software or services. It also reduces the cost
associated with licensing as well as overhead charges like data storage and management
Cloud is relatively cheaper than traditional approaches thus lowering the overall IT
expenses. Convenience and continuous availability, Public clouds make services accessible to
end users wherever they may be located. This makes information accessible and accommodates
needs of users in diverse geographical regions and time zones. This also promotes collaboration
since it is easy to access and modify shared documents and files.
Cloud computing enhances service delivery as most enterprises use multiple servers.
Backup and Recovery, Cloud computing simplifies the process of backing up and recovery as
these processes are located on the cloud and not on a physical form. In some cases, the cloud is
used as backup for data located in local computers. Environmentally friendly, Cloud uses fewer
resources to compute compared to the traditional IT infrastructure thus saving energy, that is,
only the resources that are needed are consumed by the system.
