Yes they should because most of the time they are in charge of its employees and are usually running a large corporation and make most of the decisions anyways. For example i have my degree in Information Systems and I am applying to be an IT manager. So I pray that I get hired and if I pursue my MBA sometime soon I have a better chance of getting hired and making more money. But I will also have bigger responsibilities and that also means that i have to develop more responses to make sure the IT department that I  work in will run efficiently. A CEO of a company for example also has to develop more marketing strategies and objectives for a company to stay in business in the long run.
