Content/Format: This major project is to produce a final comprehensive strategic analysis report based on the two minor projects you’ve done so far.
Fundamentally, this project allows you to use both the "art" and the "science" of strategic planning by developing your research skills in competitive analysis, applying the strategic frameworks learned in class, and using your imagination and judgment to formulate the recommendations.
You will use the same company of your choice to complete the SAM and to complete a written report for your company. You need to submit the following for this project:
- This report should include the SAM.
- This report should include a written report of 6 pages single spaced with an explanation of your findings and at least 10 unique references.
- You need to complete an 8-10 slide PowerPoint presentation to complement your write-up.
