1892, has outlived other non-alcoholic beverage products and producers, growing younger
instead of aging, by the wake of every new dawn. The manufacturer, the retailer and still the
marketer are some of the ways to refer to Coca-Cola when bombarded with the question of how
this multibillion dollar company operates.
Coca-Cola is driven by its mission, vision statements as well as the values it wishes to be

are maximised and their general responsibilities met. So far, the decisions that the company has
con-currently taken has been to drive the company to higher profit margins. If anything, the
common shareowners in the Coca-Cola Co. are ultimate maximisers of their investments.
