Abstract
This paper focuses on some of the unethical behaviours practised in the workplace today
and ways in which our modern businesses have transformed into conducting unethical practices.
Furthermore, the paper will discuss how unethical behaviour ruins the public image of the
company and the costs incurred in the process. Also, the paper will discuss in detail what
happened to the financial market that resulted in the 20007-2008 financial meltdown. The
financial market experience a tremendous financial collapse compared to the presidential
election that year (Karlsson, Aguirre & Rivera, 2017). Diversity and discrimination are vital
issues to consider for proper management of employees of the company since they have a
prolonged negative impact on the organization if not managed well. Similarly, diversity and
discrimination should be treated as vital as an individual during the hiring processes of a
company. Also, the paper will expound on how companies implement outreach and sponsored
volunteer programs for aid in ethical leadership.
