organization change is very important for every organization in order for it to remain relevant and very competitive. This change come with both positive and negative results affecting the members of management and all the employees affected. the positive experience which come with this change is that you will find yourself in a new challenging environment and hence you will be required to learn new survival skills, and this way you will experience personal development. on the other hand, this change can impact you negatively because of the myriad of challenges before you in your new position. if i was in management, i will ensure the changes should be effected smoothly and in a procedural manner.
