and objectives efficiently and effectively by maximizing output with reduction of input.
Organizational values, goals and mission provide guidance and promote effectiveness in the
place of work. Core values are the basis of mission and vision; these refer to what the
organization believes in for example its principles. Mission refers to why the organization exists
and what differentiates it from other organizations and a vision is what the organization would
like to be. Goals and objectives are what make the mission and helps the organization to achieve
its vision. All these are important, as they are the strength of an organization thus ensuring
