How to determine between weak acids?

Can you help me understand this Chemistry question?

The weak acid here is H2TeO3 in comparison with  H2Se3, H2Se4, and H2T3O, but why? How do I figure out with periodic table?

Since, Tellurium(H2TeO3) is lesser electronegative than  H2Se3, H2Se4, and H2T3O &  H2Se3, H2Se4, and 

H2T3O dissociates more readily than H2TeO3 , therefore these are stronger acid than H2TeO3. 

Tip:: Moving from left to right across a row on the Periodic table elements become more electronegative (excluding the noble gases), and the strength of the binary acid formed by the element increases accordingly:
