Final Answer

Group think rather tend to gain confidence in their way of thinking and work performance since they get approval through seeing similarity between their way of thinking and their group members. This results to increased morale for work performance thereby improving their productivity at the workplace. On the other hand, slackers lack a proper work ethic and would prefer avoiding work. As a result, they contribute to low productivity. This aspect found in slackers can be mitigated through supervision, proportional reward schemes such as payment for work done, tailoring work performance to remuneration and job promotion as well as improving the general welfare of workers through conducive working environments and better pay.
