Select someone in a leadership position at your organization or at a local company where you might seek employment. This individual could be a director, manager, supervisor, or CEO of the organization.
Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word profile of the individual that you interviewed for your company's newsletter, and include the following:
- Identify the individual and their position within the company, and briefly describe the organization.
- Interpret the individual's leadership style based on the Five-Factor personality model, and offer one or more examples of the management and leadership roles of this individual.
- Explain one incident where this individual had to solve a difficult problem or situation because things did not go as planned.
- Describe the lessons that she/he learned from being able to problem solve, even when what she/he had been taught did not work.

Interview with
Terez Mohler For this week's newsletter, I interviewed Terez, who is
the human resource manager at Qualfresh Company
Limited, a company that I would like to seek
employment. Terez has been a committed employee of
the Qualfresh for ten years. He started as a Sales
Manager in the company and later advanced to the
Human Resource Manager after proving to have
leadership qualities. Terez has taken the company
through various milestones and achievements, and the
company is currently ranked for having an outstanding
level of employee retention. The manager has faced
and appreciates the several challenges he has gone
through in the company, and he emerged a victor.
Terez also proves to be a team player as he listens to
other people's opinions keenly before making
judgments and decisions.
Company profile
Qualfresh is one of the most prominent companies
which deal with food packaging. The company deals
with several distinguished customers who have been
