Leadership requires honesty whereas followership depends on loyalty and obedience. It is
therefore imperative that I practice honesty towards the task I was offered by the Nurse Manager
while the graduates are expected to show obedience and loyalty towards my leadership. Moreover,
good leadership skills require ingenuity whereas followership requires collaboration with the
management (Weiss et al., 2019). In this case, I will show inventiveness and creativity in the
clinical area while the new graduates should elicit collaborativeness towards my leadership in order
to achieve efficiency as followers. Furthermore, good leaders are appreciative whereas good
followers practice diligence (Weiss et al., 2019). In the clinical setup, as a leader, I will display
