Develop each answer to the fullest extent possible,
including citations from outside resources, where
applicable, to support your arguments.

answers into the case study document.
Include a Cover Page with Name, Date, and Title of
Assignment.
Do not include the original question. Use the following
format: Scenario 1: question 1, etc.
Each response should be written in complete sentences,
double-spaced and spell-checked. Use 12-point Times
New Roman font with 1-inch margins on all sides.
Include page numbers according to APA formatting
guidelines.
Include citations in APA format at the end of each answer.
You must submit to the assignment link by the due date
(final day of class). A missing assignment will be assigned
a grade of 0.

Scenario 1
Question 1:
Most of the critical positions are already available. However, few significant positions need
recruitment. The first is the content management position. The goal of the project is to develop a
training academy that can provide an online course; a lot of content requires to be managed by
checking them before they are realized online. The content manager or officer will also ensure
that other content for the organization are well organized and makes a lot of meaning, including
the contents for the advertisements. Kruszyna (2020) assets that, a content manager ensures that
the content produced is interesting to the users and also manages the web page for the client. The
content manager also provides content developers are well guided and come up with interesting
content that meets the client's needs. The individual ensures editing and proofreading of content
are well done. He or she works very closely with other professionals, including web designers,
graphic designers, content developers and marketing managers.
The second is marketing position which is considered essential for this project to be successful.
One of the main things that should be done in phase 1 is to ensure marketing materials are
developed and distributed. The person in charge of marketing also ensures that advertisements
posters and brochures reach the clients. The position is critical since the branding of the academy
can well be implemented following a good marketer engagement. Lastly, an SEO manager
position will be required. This is an online undertaking that requires the website to be well

does the number of things including web marketing, link building, keyword strategy, web
analytics and content strategy planning.
Question 2:
One of the existing recruitment policies is intake meetings which entail conducting a meeting
with all recruiting stakeholders before recruitment is made. This enables polishing of standards
that are supposed to be used in recruitment. After the jobs are posted, screening of applications
should be done before people are called for interviews, and all applicants are supposed to have
professional references which must be checked. Another critical policy is that no canvassing is
allowed during the entire recruitment process. However, these policies and may cause some
challenges. One of the challenges is attracting the best candidates, and the best solution is to
ensure that the requirements are precise and the hiring teams are well trained. The use of datadriven recruitment can sometimes be challenging when hiring teams. To ensure the correct data
