Number one is motivating your employees to keep your business going, and number two would be to keep your employees happy by giving them great benefits and paid vacation. I guess number two would be the least effective because the employer of course has to earn a paid vacation and a great benefits package. And sometimes they take advantage of it and dont want to do their job correctly at times. To improve that I would only reward the employee if she or he has earned it and continues to do their work correctly.
