What determines whether policy is enacted or not? Who holds the power and authority to make and change public policy? Explain the public versus private concerns in relation to policy making and the government’s role in this process.
Public policy is seen by many as the things done by the rulling authority to the people they govern so as to provide social and economical public service so as to make their populations lives as comfortable and productive as possible. This policies are set and governed by regulations set by the government in a drafted law of the particulars country constitution. Withought the set policies then there will not exict a government as the government exist so as to serve the people hence pubic policy is both what government does and what it is to do.
