ideas might have more formality than just speaking to people. For instance, when delivering an
idea, there is a need to embrace the concept of professionalism. It means using appropriate tools

known as impromptu communication. Here, the speaker presents a short description of his or her

one is given limited time to present an idea's central theme. The second way is extemporaneous

allowed to restate his or her central ideas with more clarity. Using this approach has several
