Your interview subject should be someone who works. It can be someone who works in the field you want to pursue, a friend, a family member, or someone else. Meet with this person to ask him or her what ethical issues he or she deals with (or sees others deal with) on the job, how those issues get resolved, and if he or she believes the issue was handled fairly.
You should submit a 1 1/2 to 2 page paper summarizing your interview and including a few direct quotes from your subject.

In my personal career, it has always been my wish to make sure that I become a manger
of a huge organization. This is because my passion is in management. In relation to this, I
interviewed an uncle who is a manager of a small retail supermarket that has several branches in
the state. In his position, the following are the major ethical issues that they deal with at any one
