Organization behaviour entails a thorough analysis of organizational aspects such as
technical and social I pact of the organization and work setting. Organization behaviour
which is most instances is abbreviated as (OB) is a field of human sciences study which
focuses in studying and investigating the impact on organization brought as a result of
individuals, groups and structure and how such aspects can be fully utilized in improving
both effectiveness and efficiency of the organization (McShane, 2018). However, in recent
times, emerging trends such as information technology, globalization, psychology, workplace
values and ethics and employee’s relationships as in the case of determination of fair and
equitable pay are just some of the issues which made me interested about the topic of impact
of human behaviour at the workplace. Human behaviour is the description of how individuals
conduct themselves within the organization ranging from employees to top management. In
an attempt to understand how employees within an organization the president of the
organization should consider clearly understanding the aspects of leadership styles and their
impact on employees motivation, organization structure and job description of employees, the
impact of communication and various communication channels that can be utilized by
employees within the work environment and lastly analysis should also be done in employees
personal aspects like personality as it has been increasingly had an impact on how effective
employees perform based on different job types.
Employees are the most critical resource and thus should be treated within care and
