Data collection refers to the process of collection, measurement, and analysis of data of research
using appropriate collection techniques. In most cases, data collection is the primary, which is
majorly used by researchers. Therefore, data collection techniques are the methods that are
applicable in obtaining the research data either from a primary source or a secondary source (Teets,
2018). Researchers may prefer primary data collection based on either qualitative or quantitative
research methods of data collection. Some of the data collection techniques include questionnaires,
