After reading Chapter 13, we understand small groups better. We read that there is no set number of members for the ideal small group. A small group requires a minimum of three people (because two people would be a pair or dyad), but the upper range of group size is contingent on the purpose of the group. When groups grow beyond fifteen to twenty members, it becomes difficult to consider them a small group based on the previous definition.

Write about a group experience you have had. Watch the video "The New Power of Collaboration" and use it for support while you write. Answer the following questions:

Back in college, I was involved in a group of 10 people where we wanted to create a
project that would enable people to have a simple but efficient diagnosis of their body
conditions. In this case, we had set by the goals and objectives of the project. However, issues
arose when some of them, members were not suggesting different aspects of the requirements.
As a result, there was difficulty to make progress with the project. We had to keep scheduling
meetings.
The experience was bad as there was no point of agreement made leading to difficulty in
the communication. The collaboration was not emo0loed in our communication, and with time,
the group operated as an umbrella of subgroups leading to the fall out of progress. The
experience was never enjoyable as there was no point of agreement in any way.
Collaboration is an essential aspect of the communication aspects as applied in
communication. This applies to various disciplines such as political, business areas, and
