Apple’s company culture is responsible for the current issues within their production
lines. The company management and investors are highly demanding and expect tremendous
results from the operational teams with limited timelines and investment (Heathfield, 2019).
Primarily, as opposed to most people’s perception, ethical considerations govern the behavior of
the leading companies that it operates on particular entities. Nevertheless, there is evidence that
the complexity of the industrial systems being applied to meet product releases frequently
overwhelms Apple’s attempts to improve examination and network topologies as well as
improve efficiency in vendor plants. Another dominant Apple’s problem is the constant blame
and shifting the ethical responsibility towards the specific manufacturing firm. Ethically, a firm
is mandated to instill and supervise the entire supply chain to fulfill ethical principles entirely.
